The $3,495 package includes:
- Surgical removal of up to four wisdom teeth
- IV sedation for a comfortable procedure
- Pre-operative evaluation and surgical planning
- Digital imaging as needed for treatment planning
- PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) healing therapy, which is used to support healing and reduce the risk of complications such as dry socket
- Post-operative care and follow-up
PRF is a biologic healing technology derived from the patient’s own blood. Multiple clinical studies and systematic reviews have shown that PRF can significantly reduce the incidence of dry socket and improve soft tissue healing following tooth extractions. Many offices charge $500–$750 for PRF as an additional service, but we include it as part of our standard surgical protocol because of the documented benefits for healing.
Optional Comfort Upgrade
We also offer an optional medication for patients who want additional comfort during recovery.
Long-Acting Comfort Injection (Exparel) – $350
Exparel is a long-acting local anesthetic that can provide pain relief for up to 72 hours after surgery. Some patients choose this option to help reduce post-operative discomfort and minimize the need for opioid pain medications during the first few days of recovery.
Because this medication is expensive, we offer it at approximately our cost so patients who want the additional comfort option have access to it.
